Data analysis: firstly, descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation were used to analyze the overall situation of job distress, teaching efficiency and professional performance of beginning teachers; Secondly, through two-way multivariate analysis, this paper explores the difference analysis of work distress, teaching efficiency and professional performance of beginning teachers in different regions and teaching regions. If the two-way multivariate ANOVA is significant, the Scheff é method is used for further post comparison. Because the number of each group is different, the Scheff é method is more suitable for post comparison. In addition, Although the Scheff é method is not easy to be significant, the probability of not making the first type of error is also low; Finally, this study wants to explore the relationship between beginning teachers' job distress, teaching effectiveness and professional performance, so Pearson product moment correlation is used for analysis. If the correlation coefficient between variables is significant, multiple regression is used to understand whether beginning teachers' job distress and teaching effectiveness can predict their professional performance<br>
