The bionanocomposites solution was fabricated by solution casting procedure. Initially， chitosan （CS） solution was fabricated （3%， w/v） through dissolving 15 g CS in 500 ml DI-water， in presence of acetic acid （2%， v/v）， then the solution was stirring for 8 hrs. at 70 °C to ensure complete dissolving the CS polymer correspondingly guar gum （GG） solution was prepared （3%， w/v） through dissolving 15 g GG in 500 ml DI-water， then the solution was stirring for 8 hrs. at 25 °C to ensure complete dissolving the GG biopolymer.
