7.10. 委托者与受托者间应签订契约。该契约明定双方关于产品制造与管制的个别责任。契约中的技术层面应由具有制药技术、检验及优良制造规范之适当知識的胜任人员拟定。制造及检验的所有安排均应依上市许可的规定，并为双方所同意。

7.10. A contract shall be signed between the trustor and the trustee. The contract specifies the individual responsibilities of both parties for product manufacturing and control. The technical aspects of the contract shall be prepared by competent personnel with appropriate knowledge of pharmaceutical technology, inspection and excellent manufacturing specifications. All arrangements for manufacturing and inspection shall be in accordance with the provisions of the listing license and agreed by both parties.
